Placing An Order
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, as soon as we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email confirms that we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email, a few things might have happened:
- Our email might have gone to your junk or spam folder.
- There might have been a typo in the email address you entered during checkout.
- Your email server's spam filters might be very strict, blocking our emails.
To avoid this, we recommend that you provide an alternate email address to support@zetrillo.com.
What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
After you receive your order confirmation, we will check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure that the item(s) are available and can be dispatched as soon as possible. If the item(s) are ready to ship (usually within 5 business days), we will process the charges and prepare to send your order.
If the item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will remove the pre-authorization from your payment method and contact you via email or phone.
Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number is required for certain deliveries where our couriers may need to contact you to ensure smooth delivery. Your phone number is kept private and confidential. Additionally, if there are any issues with your order, we can reach you quickly.

Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please note that there may be additional charges for deliveries to "offshore domestic regions," including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
No, currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
Products are usually dispatched within 48 hours of processing your order. However, this can vary depending on the supplier.
How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once itβs dispatched?
Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 4-7 business days. However, larger items may take longer.
Can my order be delivered to a PO box?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
