Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us at www.zetrillo.com, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email. This email indicates that your payment method has been pre-authorized. We then check our warehouse or with our suppliers to ensure your item is available and ready for dispatch. If for any reason your item is not immediately available, we’ll remove the pre-authorization from your credit card and notify you via email. Once your items are confirmed and ready for dispatch, we process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Where We Deliver

ZeTrillo proudly delivers across the entire UK. Please note that deliveries to 'offshore domestic regions' and the 'Scottish Highlands,' including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland, may incur additional charges.

If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a custom delivery quote by emailing info@zetrillo.com.

Delivering Your Order

We carefully select the best delivery method and carrier for each product on our website, ensuring your items arrive safely and on time. While we cannot accommodate specific carrier requests, we assure you that we choose the most efficient option available. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.

Once your payment is processed, we dispatch your items within the delivery timeframe specified on the product page. You’ll receive a dispatch notification email once your order has left our warehouse, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Partial Delivery

For orders that ship in multiple boxes, there may be instances where delivery occurs on different days. If you haven’t received all parts of your order as expected, please contact us at info@zetrillo.com. We’re here to ensure you receive everything you’ve ordered.

If any parts, such as hardware packs, are missing, please reach out to us, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Delay Between Carrier Scans

It’s not uncommon to experience delays between tracking scans during transit. Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date. If more than six calendar days have passed since the last tracking update, please contact us, and we’ll check the status of your order with the carrier.
